I find the "about me" page on websites like this a little funny because they're written in the third person... even though typically they are written by the individual themselves. 

So after Nancy Rae attempted to awkwardly speak her own praises in the the third person she decided to write this page like it is a letter to a friend.

Which...in many ways, it is.

Alright- what do you want to know?  

Essentially, I’m an Adventure Hound, Crystal Lover, Wordsmith, & Professional Thought provoker. I was born to speak and activate divine potential. 

I am a Life & Business Coach, Author, and lovingly dynamic button pusher. I’m an Aquarius. I have two epic kids, and one fluffy fur baby named Stella. 

I'm guessing that's not the information you are looking for... 

You're probably wondering, is this chick worth my time and attention? 

For many, my answer is NO...

I don't do "quick fixes"
If you are looking for a quick fix, get rich quick, or any other easy half-assed way out of doing the real work of transformation I am not your girl. 

Although with alignment and focus you can experience major acceleration towards your goals, there is no way around the "work." The inner work. 

To truly LIVE as a legacy you get to take full ownership of your life, align with the truth of who you are, and take consistent massive action. (Not temporary action until you reach your goal, but life long action.)

The goal is not a "life of ease and leisure" the goal is a life of epic joy, fulfillment, impact, significance,  and legacy.

This is not "Therapy"
If you are looking to lay on my couch and rehash your horrid life victim story I am not the girl for you. 

Although we do get to adjust the stories from our past to move forward fully empowered, we do not live there. 

I am much more interested in designing and crafting your future and empowering you to enjoy every moment of the present. 

If you believe you have major trauma that needs professional attention then seek it out.   

When working with me, we focus on what you want. We focus on creating an epic lifestyle and legacy.

I won't tell you what to do
If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do you are barking up the wrong tree. 

The purpose of working with me is to become more empowered and effective at creating and manifesting the body/life you really want.

If I tell you what to do and give you a cookie cutter plan for success you won't grow. You may experience temporary change but nothing lasting or significant. 

Everybody and every journey is unique. We each get to lean into our own process of self-discovery.

All you need is within you now. We get to tune in to the power that is already within you to unleash your ultimate life.
